“Himalayan Hideaway requires a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we are not notified of your change in an adequate amount of time, Late Cancels or No Shows may result in charge of up to 100% of the service cost. Therefore, a credit card must be stored on file in order to book your session. Gift certificates may also be considered tendered as a result of No Shows.”
